Both rooms hold a private space for eight to twenty guests — the Mousehole loft over the hearth, the Salcombe cellar room off the raw bar. This is where we do our best work: the tasting menu or something built for you, wine drawn from a cellar we’re proud of, and the whole night run by one team.
